The selection of artworks in my exhibition reflects my exploration of geometric abstraction, motifs, and the transformation of everyday materials into artistic expression. Each piece represents a facet of my creative journey, addressing themes of unity, renewal, and hidden beauty. For instance, Geometric Harmony conveys structured dynamism through bold colours and precise shapes, while Floral Microcosm zooms into nature’s delicate details, uncovering intricacies often overlooked. Additionally, my work Bloom Spoon re-purposes broken spoons to form a delicate flower, emphasizing the idea that art can be created from unexpected materials.
My studio work incorporates diverse artistic approaches, including painting, quilling, and mixed-media techniques. I have experimented with geometric abstraction in Circles of Thoughts, where overlapping circles symbolize the interconnection of ideas and life experiences. In contrast, The Pulse of Unity captures the energy of urban life through structured cityscapes, complemented by swirling underground patterns representing the unseen histories that anchor human existence. My sculptural and mixed-media works, such as Vase of Hope, made from pipe cleaners and a flowerpot, emphasize renewal and growth through simple materials.
